It’s hard when you try everything in your power to make things better, but nothing seems to work. You can end up feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, and confused. How long are you going to wait hoping it will be all right?  

If you reach out for help, things could start getting better soon. You don’t need to do this on your own. Counseling can help 

  • Yes, we are in-network with most major insurance providers. Per our contracts, we are not allowed to post the current contracted rates, but our Support Staff will be happy to verify your insurance benefits upon registering for an appointment. 

  • Verification of benefits does not guarantee payment, and the client is responsible for the full cost of sessions. 

Yes, we are dedicated to providing affordable care for all of our clients. To see if you qualify for a reduced rate with one of our counselors, you may request the information. Request form be sent to you to fill out upon registration. Our affordable care policy is based on your income and household occupancy.  

We have some early-bird counselors willing to see clients at 6am on weekdays. We also have night-owls who will schedule appointments as late as 9pm on weekdays. On the weekends, we offer sessions from 8am up to 8pm.

We are located in Brownsville, Texas. However, at this time given the current pandemic and to safeguard the integrity of our clients, we are only offering virtual services. 

This is not a service we currently offer. In the event a client needs psychiatric services, we work closely with different psychiatrists in Texas to provide psychiatric services when necessary. 

We accept all major credit cards, along with insurance reimbursement . For your convenience, you can enter your credit card information or insurance info into our online portal prior to your first appointment, and keep it on file for future appointments.

Upon registering, you will receive an email with links to our online forms. Please complete the forms 24 hours prior to your first appointment. We are a paperless office and all of our forms must be completed prior to your initial session. If forms are not completed this may delay the start of your first session or cause the session to be rescheduled. 

For counseling services for a minor child, please complete the Consent for Treatment of a Minor form included in the registration email. For custodians of a child, or if you are undergoing a child custody dispute, the State requires that we have verified documents of custody or a copy of the current court order verifying your authority to consent for treatment. Please note that we do not offer any court-based or court required counseling services. 

This can vary depending on each individual. Sessions are typically once a week for 45 to 55 minutes. 


Treatment can range from just a couple of sessions to years- depending on the individual’s therapeutic goals and needs 

Typically, your first session will be about getting to know you and giving you space to talk. After the first few sessions, you’ll start to trust your counselor and will find it easier to open up. If you want to talk about specific experiences or concerns right away, you can. Feel free to ask your therapist what you can expect therapy to be like.
